Timothy Olikong - PADI Dive Instructor
Tim joined us in 2006 after previously working as a Koror State Ranger. First employed by Fish 'n Fins as a driver Tim has successfully completed his PADI Divemaster course and Instructor course, so now you might find him either teaching SCUBA or diving for us. Tims favourite dive site is Ulong Channel (incoming tide of course), he loves to dive with Silvertips and if you ever see a Thresher Shark please point it out to him, as it's the one fish he'd love to see. 
Silas Adolf - PADI Divemaster

Silas is an Olympic athlete who carried the Palau flag at the Sidney 2000 Olympic Games opening ceremony and competed in the games.
Today, Silas is guiding Fish ‘n Fins divers to some of the best dive sites in the world. Silas spent his childhood cruising and fishing the water of Palau and has extensive knowledge of marine life, ocean currents and boat handling.

Hirokazu “Hiro” Tatebe - PADI Dive Instructor

Following long experience in service industry, Hiro San moved to Palau. Husband to a Palauan Lady and father of 2 kids. Hiro’s first visit to Palau was more than 20 years ago and he fell in love with Palau, diving and fishing. His favorite dive sites are Ulong Channel and Fairlyland.

Ken Tarkong - PADI Divemaster, Boat Operator
Always entertaining, Ken brings great enthusiasm to whatever job he is doing, be it guiding divers or driving the boat. He normally orders Fried Crocodile for lunch but hasn't yet received it. Before joining the Fish 'n Fins team, Ken was a ranger at the remote Helen's reef atoll. For 3 years he stayed on that deserted island along with 2 other rangers. You can imagine how much he likes to have people around him after 3 years of solitude!
Sergey Antsiferov - Dive Instructor

Sergey joined us from Vladivostok, Russia in October 2009. His hobbies and professions are diving and Spearfishing and he can’t live without being in the ocean.
Sergey is always in a positive mood and ready to share his love with the ocean with our divers and guests.

 

 

 

 

 

Malsol Obak - PADI Divemaster and Boat Operator
Kenneth's brother Malsol joined Fish 'n Fins in 2005 as a boat operator, soon after we have trained and certefied him as PADI dive master. He likes to catch wahoo, at night or daytime and his favourite reef is Blue Corner, especially when the current is rock n' rolling.
Junior Olkeril - Boat Operator
Joined us in 2007. Unfailingly helpful he is often found driving Triton, our biggest day boat. Likes to fish, likes to eat fish.

Tong - Boat Operator
Long time boat operator for various dive operations in Palau, Tong joined Fish ‘n Fins in 2005.
Growing up in Palau, Tong knows the reefs and the ocean like the back of his hand.

Marlon Kinto - Boat Operator
Marlon has been driving with us for several years now. He may look like his photo or may not, as his hair ranges from closely shaved to Jackson 5 lookalike!
Clint - PADI Divemaster and Boat Operator

Clint has Joined Fish ‘n Fins as a boat operator in 2005. Clint like all Palauans feels at home in the ocean, so naturally he became an accomplished Dive Master and dive guide over the years. Clint is one of Palau’s best basketball players and led Fish ‘n Fins Basketball team to win the 2009 Palau championship (and was elected MVP).

Jonathan- PADI Divemaster, Boat Operator and Kayak Guide

Jonathan grew up in Babeldaob, and already loved to be in the water as a kid. He started diving in High school where he studied architecture and science, but soon changed his interests into marine biology and geology, with focus on Palau’s environment. His knowledge about Palau’s incredible underwater world as well as Palau’s early history is amazing, and he loves to share stories with our guests. In his free time he enjoys going fishing or Kayaking all around the Rock Islands.

Kent - Boat Operator
Kent joined us as a boat operator in 2009. With a 100 tons boat license, Kent is a very knowledgeable and operates our boats with ease.  Kent is a people person from the Island of Peleliu, but lived in the US for over 15 years, before moving back to Palau. He recently joined the Fish Fins’ Team as a boat driver and you will enjoy his high spirits when he is your driver. Kent has 4 children, range from 3 years to 18 years, and he is very happy to be back in Palau.
Matty- Boat Operator
Matty started working for Fish ‘n Fins as a boat operator April 2009. Always up for a joke and a laugh, you will enjoying his company whilst he drives you safely through the  Rock Islands to the dive sites. He loves fishing, and his favorite fish is the Spanish Mackerel and the Unicorn Fish,  grilled or fried
Fuanes Oiterong - Naturalist and Kayak Guide
Fuanes has been working as a Kayak Guide for many years and joined Fish n Fins in 2007. Incredibly helpful, his knowledge of the flora and fauna of Palau is unsurpassed. years of paddling through the rock islands of Palau made Fuaunes the leading local expert with the flora and fauna of the rock islands. In his spare time Fuanes competes in triathlon competitions.
Daley Chioki- Boat assistant
Daley graduated from Palau Community college. During his studies, Fish ‘n Fins certified him as an Advanced Open Water diver. Daley has a big smile which will cheer you up every morning when you meet him.
Fish 'n Fins Office & Dive Shop
Jacky Brabon - PADI Staff Instructor, Accountant
Left the U.K. a long time ago and has been an instructor for more than 10 years now, the last three of which have been spent at Fish 'n Fins. Her favourite reef is Ulong Channel, her favourite fish the pufferfish.
Andrea Walkner - Office & PADI Dive Instructor
Originally from Austria Andrea has been working for Fish ‘n Fins since December 2007. Andrea can either be found in the office handling our German correspondence, or out guiding. Andrea likes the small stuff, especially colourful nudibranchs and her favorite dive site is Ulong Channel.
Charito Diagro- Reservations Ocean Hunter & Fish 'n Fins

Came to Palau after having worked as an accountant in Manila, Philippines for 6 years. She might also be assisting you with your check in and out. Her favourite dive sites are Blue Corner and New Drop Off, which she'll probably enjoy more when she learns to dive!! Our cheerful lady behind the computer screen, always laughs and helpful

Loreen Sugiyama- Dive Shop/Marketing

Loreen is a native Palauan who joined our marketing team, with many years of experience in the tourism industry.
As a rescue diver and a lover of the underwater world, she hopes one day to be one of the first certified Palauan female instructor. 
her favourite dive site is the Ulong channel.

Rose Cabana- Dive Shop front desk
Rose has been working for Fish 'n Fins since 2001. She's part of our team in the shop (and also part of Ocean Hunter family, she is the wife of Arlee, Ocean Hunter 3 legendary chef) and will be assisting you with your check in or any purchases you might be making.

Emi Mizuta – Reservations Japanese Guest & Office
Ken’s wife Emi is an avid diver and joined us in 2009, handling Japanese guests’ reservations. Her favorite reefs are Blue Corner and German Channel. She loves big fish and big school of jacks. She is from Nara, ancient capital of Japan.

Barracuda Bar & Restaurant
Cesar Adriosula - Chef
Cesar came to Fish 'n Fins in 2004. He loves to prepare (and eat!) seafood pasta and has a great sense of humour! Cesar is responsible for the Barracuda Bar & Restaurant. No matter, what you want, he'll prepare it.
Churu Bandari - Chef
Churu helps Cesar with the cooking in our Barracuda Bar & Restaurant. The cooking skills run in the family, as his brother Chet is the chef on Ocean Hunter 1!
Betty Asong - Waitress
Betty joined us in 2008 and will be efficiently serving you in our bar & restaurant.
Maintenance
Junior Galo - Supervisor
Junior has been working for the pioneer dive shop in Palau since 1994. He's responsible for all general maintenance and he'll occasionally be picking you up from your hotel in the morning. His favourite fish is wahoo sashimi.
Faustino Ragelmar - Boat Mechanic
Faustino is the man responsible for keeping our boats in good working order. So when the engines are speeding you comfortably through the Rock Islands, you know who to thank!
Fabio Arnaiz - Carpenter
Came to Palau in 2002, assists Junior. Fabio is a master carpenter! he almost single handedly build the interior of Ocean Hunter 3
Antonio Sabinda
Always friendly, always smiling, Antonio came to Palau in 2006 and assists Junior.
Salvador Terenuz
As we often do, Fish 'n Fins kept it in the family when we hired Salvador - his brother is Arlee, the chef onboard Ocean Hunter III.
Skipper - Dive Shop Cats
Skipper can often be found 'helping' out in the shop.
