Palau Pacific Resort Booking Policies

General

The Palau Pacific Resort, located in a tropical garden on a white sandy beach, is Palau's most luxurious resort. It offers 160+ rooms located in single storey buildings. Three restaurants, a beer garden and signature restaurant complete the offer.

The west facing property offers wonderful sunsets, best enjoyed by the swimming pool, or one of the restaurants on the beach. A tennis court and a small fitness center are available for those who want to be active after the day’s diving.

On dive days Fish'n Fins picks its divers up from the resort's jetty. Transfer by car only takes place on the first and last day of diving with Fish'n Fins.

Cancelation

Dive Activities: Written cancellations received 7 days or more prior to scheduled activity date - no fees — less than 7 days prior to scheduled activity date, charge 100% of total activity billing value - no refund. PEAK Season - less than 21 days prior to arrival 2 nights charge penalty; less than 24 days prior to arrival full duration penalty charge • Low Season - less than 14 days prior to arrival 1-night penalty charge; less than 7 days prior to arrival 2 nights penalty charge. No show 100% charge penalty.

Children/add. beds

Children under the age of 13 using existing beds sharing the room with parents free of charge. Additional people / beds will be charged at USD 80.00 + 19% / person / bed / night.

The first day in Palau

On the first day, we will pick you up around 7:30 am and bring you to the diving center, where you will have the opportunity to store your equipment in the dry room. Your gear will remain with us for the duration of your diving package - we will provide you with a weight belt and weights.

If you do not have your own diving equipment, you are welcome to rent our new and well-maintained rental equipment, if you haven’t done that already during your Online Check-in. Please note that rental equipment is available at an additional cost. You can find price information in the menu “Only Diving & Other Hotels”.

After Fish’n Fins staff has loaded the tanks onto your boat, we invite all Nitrox certified divers to analyze the oxygen content of their tank fill on the boat. As soon as all guests are ready, guides and captains check everything again and off you go - towards your first fantastic dive of the day - manta rays, sharks, and pristine reefs are waiting for you.

After the first dive, you can spend your surface break snorkeling, swimming, or simply enjoying the surroundings as well as your bento lunch. We are known for the quality of our food - you have several choices for your bento lunch, including vegan and vegetarian options.

After a second dive, the boat will return to the dive shop unless you choose a third tank dive. Please note that third tank dives are available at additional cost and must be booked in advance. To book a third tank dive, please contact your Divemaster or our front desk team.

As mentioned before, transfers, 2 dives from the boat, weights, weight belt, and bento lunch are included in each dive day.
