How to book your offers
Everything a partner hotel needs to know about the Fish n Fins Palau trade show program - how offers are used, how bookings happen and how the free rooms and nights work.
Fish n Fins Palau attends international dive shows and sells complete Palau packages - hotel nights, diving and tours - to divers from all over the world. Your special offers are built into the packages we sell, so your rooms travel with the diving and adventure demand we create at the shows and online.
You see a confirmation message on the page and a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered. The full offer is emailed to the Fish n Fins team at the same time. We review every submission and will contact you if anything needs to be clarified.
When a guest books a Palau package that includes your hotel, we put the whole trip together - your rooms, our diving and tours - using the offers you submitted. As soon as the package booking is confirmed, we let your hotel know immediately with all the details: guest names, dates, room type, number of nights and the offer applied.
Your team then confirms the reservation, so you always know exactly what is booked and at which partner rate. You never have to chase leads - the booking comes to you ready made.
A promotional room rate that applies inside the dates you chose. Example: an Ocean View Room at USD 80 per night from 1 February to 3 March 2027, instead of the standard USD 100 shown for comparison.
We always quote the show name together with the rate, so you know exactly where the booking came from. Prices are in US dollars unless we agree otherwise.
A reward for volume bookings inside your validity dates. You stack escalating tiers and choose the basis - paying guests, rooms or room nights. Example: book 8 or more rooms and 1 room is free, book 14 or more rooms and 2 rooms are free.
The reward is applied at the highest tier the final booking reaches. Free rooms or nights are normally used on the same stay. If you prefer a different arrangement, add a short note in the comments field of your offer and we will follow it.
Only at the shows you tick on the offer form - one or several, it is up to you. The current show calendar is always listed on the partner page, so check there for the latest dates, cities and show types.
Yes. Send a new submission at any time with your corrected rates, windows or tiers. The Fish n Fins team uses the latest version for every upcoming show, so there is no need to wait for a new event to update your offer.
